Then the update:
I never posted about Eden's one-month checkup on the 15th, but the general consensus is that she's a very healthy girl. She weighed 10lbs 6oz, so she's gaining quite well. Those chubby cheeks are tipping the scales! :) And overall she's quite healthy, but she's got a gas problem (so we've started giving her Mylicon after every feeding, and it's helped tremendously). She also has a very mild case of torticollis, which is apparently very common and easily treatable. It is a tight neck muscle that makes her always want to turn her head to the right. So we started physical therapy yesterday. The PT was very nice, and it looks like treatment shouldn't be a huge problem - it's mostly just thinking about how we do everyday things. Basically we just have to get her to turn her head to the left a whole lot, and avoid her lying down so her head doesn't end up shaped funny.
Also on her one-month birthday was when we got the first real smile. And now, you get one too, because I captured it on video today:
OK, that's it. I've got to go learn more evidence and torts. Seven days from now my only job will be Eden's Mommy. I CAN'T WAIT! :)

SOOOO stinkin' cute! Seriously, she looks more and more like a Cabbage Patch Kid everyday. I can't stand it!
It's very thoughtful of Eden to have started smiling just in time to cheer her mommy on for the bar. I know that the first big grin she gave to me (even if if was maybe also a little gas) was pretty darn amazing.
Oh my gosh! Troy and I just watched to video. She is so precious! And we think she looks like Bryan.
