Odd...

So this week it was below 20 degrees in Oklahoma - they got a ton of snow.

At the same time it was snowing like crazy there, it was nearly seventy degrees here.

I met a woman today who was visiting from Dallas; she came in on Thursday, praying for snow. Oddly enough, she left snowy weather in Dallas to come up here to warm weather in Boston. But she said the good thing was, in preparation for her visit she'd borrowed warm clothing from her friends. If she hadn't she said she might have frozen to death in her own hometown!

I'm not getting too excited, though; I know it's going to be a long, cold winter once it gets started!
